LMC: Interesting MM On A 75-D & 82-D

Found this today searching. The "5" looks like it is struck as a worn die but is not, it's a hit. The MM doesn't seem to have any damage. Looked for identifiers on coppercoins but none matched up. Is this a "PMD,who kno ." or legit error?

Here's the 82-D. I can see what looks like doubling inside the "D".

The top one looks like PMD, the bottom one looks like the plating bubbling up.

The '75 id PMD and the '82 looks like a typical '82 to me. I would keep the '82 because it's a small date.
