Hi,

I came across these on *bay a while ago. They are 20gm 925 silver coins depicting different states and they seem to sell at spot silver price. How collectible are these silver coins?

I suppose if silver went below $16 AUD an oz then these coins would be worth at least $10.

All comments appreciated.

Regards,
Ozzie

He he a $10 coin is always going to be worth $10 mate.

There are two types,
1.) In a Uncirculated flip (pick them up from $10 - $30 being the extreme price)
Issued at $15.50 - $22
2.) Proof boxed (pick them up from $24 -- 45 being the extreme price)
Issued at $35 - $44

Quite collectable

I have 2 flips; I cheekily picked them up below face value thanks to ebay and a miss-spelled heading.

Not very collectable at all. Worth bullion only. 2 years back a lot of dealers were telling people to take these to the bank to claim the face value in cash!
