On the rim it says "Metallic Art Co NY". Any information would be helpful, such as grade and value. Thanks.

Yup, that's a bronze So-Called Dollar made by Medallic Art Co., issued by International Harvester to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Cyrus Hall McCormick's invention of the reaper. It's the most common So-Called Dollar at 1,000,000 minted and in your condition of say EF you could get ~$20 for it. MS condition examples are scarce, however, as these medals were not sold but given out as souvenirs.
