You may say Penny if you wish. The Penny term will never
go away anytime soon. No Pennys/pennies were ever minted in the U.S. They minted Cents. Great britain/UK minted Pennys.
I even tried to stop saying Penny but with no luck.
Just asking for a roll of Cents in the bank confuses most tellers etc.
