Looking for some suggestions for my EV7070.
The front-runner right now for my Morgan slot is the infamous Hotlips. Just wondering if you guys/gals had any other suggestions for me to ponder.
Any Morgans with slobberknocker coolness preferred. I don't mind spending a little bit of money on this slot, but I would like to keep it under a gazillion dollars.

hot lips is a good one, I have always been fond of the spitting eagle and even though not rare I don't know what it is about it that draws me to this variety every time I see one

I would suggest two: (1) The 1881-S VAM 54-B "wounded eagle" can be found in uncirculated. It is a great WOW coin. (2) 1901-O 39-A "fish hook". This is a super elite clashed Morgan. It also is found mostly uncirculated. This is also a WOW coin. |

I think the reason hot lips is the front runner, is because the 1888 O is an easy winner...a close second would be the split tail on the 01. Can't wait to see this awesome album!   |

Take a at look some pictures at VW. There are some very interesting coins and I like some of the suggestions that have been give to you. Zee, scarface -- I can picture it now. I agree with VW. The scarface is a totally cool coin, and it will retain resale value. But, you will have to buy it attibuted. Cherrypicking these is likely impossible. If you want a less expensive example VAM, Oz suggests two good ones, of which there are many to choose. |
