Hello and welcome.

What you've got is not an actual coin (made for use as money), but a medallion or charm of some sort. A bigger pic, of both sides, might let us give more information.

It is a modern Chinese charm.

The inscription on the top image reads sheng zhi pai jin which translates as "Imperial edict tablet of gold".

The inscription on the bottom image is zhao cai jin bao which means "Money and treasures will be plentiful".

Both sides show images of a dragon ("4-claw" not the imperial "5-claw") on the right and phoenix on the left with what appears to be a "flaming pearl" at the very top.
