Congratulations on a tough find! Oddly enough I've found two of these in the last few months, one real nice and the other similar to yours. Looks like BadThad's stuff could help you, but probably wouldn't get everything.

BadThad's elixer will remove verdigris, but will not help the stains much unless you soak it quite a while, then the coin takes on a cleaned look.But,in this case I'm not sure that would be all that bad....and it would probably stop further deterioration.I would buy some and experiment on similar coins so you know what it does first hand.I do like it.
