Anyone out there know how I might clean the spots off this coin?

Seeing that it is proof...I would say I know NO way to clean without major damage....Sorry.

Soak it in acetone for a minute or two. It won't damage the coin, and it may remove the haze. If that don't work, I would just leave it as is and trade it for a problem free example.
