I agree, Good-4. Any cleaning is not too obvious and the scratches are not out of place at this level of wear.

I agree with G-4. These are hard to find in VG and above.

Thank you everyone, my opinion was an AG3 to G4. Your comments have been appreciated. Hope my brother next time he visits the US, can pick out another hard to find coin.
