Hi I was wondering if this was an error, The colors are like pressed on or something, it's not a sticker. I was wondering if it was worth anything. Any help would be great, Thanks.

it was painted, its worth 25 cents, but some people do collect them.

A colorized quarter. Someone realized that it's only worth a quarter after spending $$$.

Of course there's nothing wrong with collecting these.
