on a teenagers budget, I think its pretty good! My whole collection mint and proof sets: mint state 57D wheats, and an Ecuadorian UNC currency set: Junk silver($200 met): silver certs, European fuel ration coupons, and US ration coupons: My US type set(45/66 coins filled, I took out the last page, I had no respect for those coins and were worth face/melt to me): Lincoln Wheat cent album(111/140 coins filled): world coins and notes, carded and not carded, and holders: U.S. notes: slabs(the 2 on the left were my coin word slabs): scales: 5 cent pieces: misc coins: cents: and finally errors and varieties: Edited by Adam_E 05/21/2011 10:14 pm

no, its some other planchet, it has the wrong weight of a silver half planchet so its not silver but it has a "white" edge

This kind of thing gives me hope for your generation, Adam. You could be sitting on the PS3, like I would be if I was your age, but you're combining investment, learning, and preservation together. Well done, sir.

That is quite an impressive coin collection! Congrats on the dedication and discipline! When I was a teen I turned away from coin collecting and I even spent a good part of my collection to chase after girls (didn't get 'em). Keep at it!
