Opinions on grade? Oh, and that thing at 3:00 on the obverse is a fuzz that crossed the coin in the 20 seconds I had it out of the flip to image it. Report this Post to the Staff

RollHunter Pillar of the Community United States 687 Posts	Posted 05/23/2011 10:39 pm The luster looks nice in hand - the coin looks harsher in the pictures for some reason. Maybe its the background. I have noticed that you can see more detail at times on the digital camera than you can even under a loupe (sometimes). I knew it wasn't a strong strike, but I didn't see the planchet scratches on the cheek and shoulder until I took the picture. At least I assume those were on the planchet before it was struck because it doesn't look like a full strike. Report this Post to the Staff
