I normally don't collect world coins unless I just run across them. However, I thought I might start a World War II world type set. Anyways I was looking at this on ebay and was wanting thoughts as to price on this;

there were two types that year and the only way I know how to tell them apart is the weight (since the size isn't listed in Krause). The heavier one (Y61a) should weigh 1.2g and would be considerably scarcer than the lighter one (Y61b at 1g) Y61a books in Krause for BU $60 and UNC at $30. I would assume he isn't selling those for $1.99 but you never know. I suspect of the 11 already sold no one has discovered them to be 61a or I know I would go back and buy all 10 left!! LOL Y61b books in Krause for 2.50 BU and $1.25 UNC. so a $1.99 price plus $0.59 for shipping is reasonable. probably not the best deal you will find but if you really want that coin then it isn't that much of a premium and maybe you will get lucky and get a 61a

Thanks. It's the least expensive of those.
