a10k123 New Member Australia 3 Posts	Posted 10/28/2006 8:39 pm I have been asked to sell a small collection of Commonwealth of Australia Bank notes. I understand that the condition and signatures determine the value of individual notes. My (first) question is, are the notes worth more as single notes or as consecutive runs? I have not seen all of the notes, but I do know that there is a bundle of 100 $1.00 notes. Is the bundle worth more sold as a bundle or do I split it up. And if I do spilt the bundle, do I sell the notes in runs of 10 or 5 or as singles? Thanks (in advance). Report this Post to the Staff

As a dealer I do not pay a premium for runs in almost any decimal note as I am more than willing to break runs. They are also easily enough to obtain if I need a run. Some will pay a premium for a run depending on what they are really after. Now if you give us some signatures, denominations and serials I could give some better advice as to what you should do.
