Nice example! As the old saying goes. "Its worth what someone will pay for it ". I think it is pretty common. So not worth any premium TO ME. Others will feel differently.

Looks to me like an off-set die. There are several varieties and errors listed for this year in both the " CherryPickers' Guide" and "Strike it Rich". This is not one of them. I would hang on to it just for that reason. It doesn't appear to be common.

It appears some of the devices fall over the rim. A keeper from what I can see.
