Yes and they are still only worth 25c Sorry.

Error coins happen every year and mint mark. There is no knowledge of one coin, they happen differently on any coin. Depending on what you are calling an error.
Die cracks/chips/breaks eventually Cuds happen on dies. These are common place, but Cuds are more desirable.
Double struck/chain strikes/machine doubled/doubled dies all can happen. Some are more common than others and worth little extra, others are worth more.
So they question's answer is: "It depends."

I beg to differ on that statement Drewmiller. The melt value alone on that quarter is around $6.85, and Numismedia has it listed at $7.48 in G4.

Barry, It sounds like you may have an RPM (re-punched mint mark) and it may carry a slight premium over another 64D of the same grade.
