First of all...I know one is a wheat but I posted it here since the majority is memorial pennies...anyways, what happened to these? Would these be considered error coins? I found these in a box of hundreds of wheat pennies with these two memorial pennies.

they all appear to be "clipped" planchets. where the planchet it formed from an incomplete "coin" some premium value. the larger the clip - the larger the premium.

Yea, I've seen much worse ones. Would these be of any value being in the circulated condition that they are?

"Anything else interesting in this box of wheats?"

I have almost every year from 1910-1958...not every mint marking. I don't know how interesting that is to other people... I do like my wheaties though

They do have a premium. Each one is worth $2-$8. Check e-Bay. I think the tech term is "incomplete planchet". Nice find.

Clipped
A term for an irregularly cut planchet. A clip can be straight or curved, depending upon where it was cut from the strip of metal.

Welcome! This is an awesome forum for learning. Please post any questions or questionable finds. I'm still learning too. I wouldn't mind going through a box of wheayies myself.
