Hi Ralph,

I'm new at this, so I am probably not accurate on my grading guess. I would say a XF 40, or around there.

I beleive a XF wouldn't be that far off for this coin

You have to expect a nice strike on a 1891-S; I think 40 is probably the outside best for this one.

jemjr - welcome to the mix. I'm probably as new to grading as you are, but I'm learning from the folks here in the forum.
I make my own estimate, and then, if I'm not real sure, I post it here for other's opinions. Great way to learn.
