Images once again are scans. Tried to focus it but that
made the color off. I gave it a shot and came up with VF35
Looked at a lot of photos and it is slightly better that a 30.
Some aspects overall of an EF40 but ? Obverse gouge is annoying otherwise not too bad overall. What do you think ?

obv looks ef-40/45, rev lower, prob vf30. the gouge on the obv doesn't help much either. and is it the pic or does the right knee have some sort of halo shaped mark around it? nicely worn mid grade coin

Thanks. No halo. That is just part of her gown/drapery.
both run basically vertically. There is nothing crossing the knee area. are in liberty is broken. I agree about the reverse.
Tail feathers would not make EF40. Overall only about 5 to 8 bucks difference in 35 or 40. FMV @35 is $100.00
I'll wait for a few more to chime in before I put it up here
on the auction forum. More coins to follow. Forgot to add it is just a type 1.
