What are the materials needed to pack a coin that require to be send overseas? If possible, images of the materials to know exactly how they look like.

Pending on how many coins there could be many methods used.
When my Son was in Poland, he sent me coins all the time. He simply placed them inbetween two peices of cardboard, taped the edges really well and sent as if a letter. For about one year all worked out well.

I have to agree that the above method works fine for a small number of coins that I receive from the states through the year.
