The only way I could see someone buying one of those would be the wife of a billionaire buying it just to get back at her cheating husband.

I once heard of a lady selling a very expensive car for something like a dollar for that reason.

I thought of another reason they could be doing it, maybe its a way for Alcida and the Taliban to send money to support terrorist cells. When ever the cell needs money they put up a penny for sale and collect the cash via paypal.

Yeah, it's tough to speculate an exact reason. The seller has a Japanese name--and it sounds like ESL English too.
