Wrong Attribution Of Chinese Coin By NGC

I saw this one being sold by a major dealer on ebay, item # [eBayItem]330570314679[/eBayItem]

Although the holder reads 1908 Honan cash Y# 7g, this is not correct.
The date is clearly 1909, not 1908, and the inscription reads Hsuan-tung, not Kuang-hsu as the Honan coin would. This is actually China Empire Y# 18.
The seller probably lost out, as the attribution is that of a less scarce coin than the one it actually is.

I know very little about Chinese coins, but I bet somebody noticed that right away.
