It depends on his paypal account. New accounts have a 21 day hold on money unless you can confirm delivery. If he had a paypal account in good standings the money would be there as soon as the buyer pays. But I would think paypal would refund everyones money and go after this person.

The money would be there, but it takes awhile to get the money out of a papypal account and into a bank account where they can't get it. They would probably have the time to freeze such a transaction. You might try laundering it by immediately using instant transfers to ship the money to other Paypal accounts. |

So, what is it about these that makes this suspicious; too low a price for this condition, too many in this condition than could possibly be available? Is the bad grammar one of the clues to possible origin?

I think these sellers should hire an American or Canadian to write up their adds and sell them one at a time. If they weren't so stupid and greedy they could possibly pull these scams off. I'd like to talk to someone that actually received one of these coins and actually felt the regard of their family members.
