I'd go at least VF-30 if not XF on that one. Very cool find!

There are a lot of bag marks on your coin. It's take a great bit of carrying in a bag for a long time. But as for wear on the coin:

VF-30 is closest. The VF-20 has a lot more wear on than your coin. But the bag marks on the coin affect the grade. The fields are very rough.
