This is the only gold coin that I have in my collection. May I know if this is a rare coin and may I also know its estimated current value.

It's a quarter gold eagle, 1857-S , looks to be in AU condition , numismedia has AU50 @ $950 (41,000PHP), to MS60 @ $6,000 (260,000PHP)

This is if the coin is real , due to the fact there are plenty of fakes out there.

the MM looks to be in a different place than this one. On the one below the mm is between the 1 and the / and yours is right above the number 1

I don't know the series good enough to determine authenticity but this is one difference I see between these two coins

I've seen the OP's mint mark location in Heritage results. If real, it's XF40-ish and probably worth something close to $500 in a reputable slab (opinion based on real-world sales of similar, not a list somewhere).
