That would be the first year of small notes I am pretty sure and instead of small star with the hole in the middle which is what you mostly find, this has a solid larger star which makes it more attractive. It has a 5 digit serial number which isn't too high nor low enough to be an added value.
It looks to be in pretty nice condition, I would guess either VF or XF but your image is too small to tell.
I hope you get more info from someone else on here besides this. I don't know much more but it looks like a better star note to me and it is collectible. My guess would be it could be worth $30.00 to $50.00 but it could be better than that.

What are the odds of finding one with the same serial number on ebay? The only explanations I can think of are

A. that you are the seller or
B. you sold it to the current seller or
C. the seller has stolen your image.

See this [eBayItem]250838467129[/eBayItem]

Whatever the reason, we shall know what it fetches and can conclude on the value from that.

Ah, one thing about your ebay description..

The note wasn't made in Boston.. It was made in Washington, DC, and then shipped to the Boston Federal Reserve Bank.. Just thought I'd let you know
