Thailand, but I can't quite make out the letters to tell you more.

It is indeed Thailand.
25 Satang (1/4 baht). The common date, at the bottom of the reverse, is BE2500 which is 1957AD.
These coins were minted up to 1987 with that dcommon date.
Total mintage was over 620 million.

If you are younger than me (I'm on the cusp of 59 and I suspect you may be, then it should be cop khap if you're male or cop kha if you're female).

Anyways that's by the by. I'm not Thai but an expat Brit who's been living here over 7 years.

Now value, my latest Krause catalog (2009 edition) has it at VF 0.10; XF 0.15; Unc 0.25 (that's US cents).
