Not me, I don't have ANY post Y2K sets except 2011 and I just this month caught up to 1999/2000. I do have the complete series though from 54 up.

A toughie for sure. What would be a fair price to pay for the Dime, cut from this set, and still intact in it's Mint cello soft packaging?

I don't have the set... at least not that one. I picked up an MS 66 Straight 7 ICCS certified MS66 for $10 on ebay a few months ago and the only 2007 set I have is the Ottawa Seantors which appears to be the stright 7 as well. Is it only the normal PL sets that have the premium or did I luck out picking up the TPG one and the Senators set?

Yes, it is only the regular PL set that has a premium for having the straight 7 ten cent piece.

Yes,I did follow this auction and I still feel this set is under valued with a low population.
