I have a 1944s Three Pence that I have taken pictures of and I am not sure but I think it may be Doubled Die. Take a look...

That's interesting! I should check my wartime S-mint 3d.
Were these dies were made in Australia, and shipped to the S mint where the "S" was added?
Doubled dies on Aussie coins often look different than US coins, no doubt due to hubbing differences.
At least on penny and halfpenny doubled dies they do; I haven't a 3d to compare to yours.

It is a double strike for sure. It also shows double planchet marks. I have had my grades drop a point because of this type of error coin by a NCGS grader. Yet it makes up for value in the mintage department.

I was looking for an example to compare to last night, but don't have one.

As long as it is not intentionally designed to look that way, it is definitely a doubled die, which is completely different from a double strike, is not an "error", and would not be the cause in a drop in the grade.

Do you have another coin we can compare to side by side? I'd like to see the whole coin.

Here is the whole coin. The doubling is not visable in the photos. The doubling is only on the coins obverse.

Just picture the doubling all around the Obverse side where it says "GEORGIVS VI D:G:BR:OMN:REX F:D:IND:IMP."

Also what approximate grade do you guys think the coin is in and what might this coin be worth?

That's a really nice coin! From the pics, it looks at least aUNC to my eyes.
I hope I find one of these in my collection.
