Hi guys.I know absolutely nothing about banknotes but I've accumulated quite few over the years.Today all going on ebay.Mostly german pre-war issues,some later dates.Varieties of countries.Long story short-I found this.Is it worth anything in this condition or I'm waisting my time?Ive no idea how rare this error is.Any info appreciated.

It appears to be the signanture of I. Shipov (1912-1917). Even at Very Good grade it's only worth about $1. I wonder if the note has just suffered from very bad folding so the 'zero' of the date has been covered?
