I think I got a good deal on this but it' way shiny. Buffed Maybe? No Marks visible. Weight and size are ok. Old dip? What do you guys think.

Pics are not that bad ... just wondering how did you manage to convert a round coin into an oval?

Surfaces do not look right from here ... coin appears to be at least high AU ... should be luster present unless the coin has been dipped to death.

Is they any original luster left?

Nice coin ... one of my favorites and an issue that does not get a lot of attention.

Thanks for sharing.

It is a very white coin, maybe I'm not used to getting such a super nice coin for what I payed for it. I gave 50 bucks, I thought that was good.
