Unless you just want to fill in a hole in a circulated typeset as I am doing and you can get it far cheaper than what an actual MS-65 graded by either NGC or PCGS costs then pass. Drop back and punt. It isn't worth the time especially if they are asking big money. You are only wasting your time and your hard earned cashola.

if its the coin in the link above I would say that thing would have a hard time passing as a AU coin in my opinion. It is so far from a MS-65 that it couldn't see a 65 grade with a telescope on flat land with nothing between them but a wooden fence For those who havent looked here is the coin labeled MS-65 from MCI

This coin looks horrible and would not be worth the investment. There are many more selections with better collector value offered by sellers everywhere.

Looks like it's in the EF range at best, and cleaned. Fly as far away from this coin as you can, birdman.

I am in no way saying that the big three is the only coins to buy, but if you aren't very good at grading it may be best to at least do some studying of those coins in those slabs and compare them to the other slabs. There are some very good deals to be had in the other slabs because most people shy away from them because they do not know how to grade them self and it leaves the coins wide open for the people that can grade the coin by itself instead of what the label says. What I am saying is if I were you I would find some coins that I like in PCGS,NGC,ANACS slabs in various grades then compare the other slabbed coins to the ones in the big 3 slabs and pay for what grade you believe the coin to be and not what the slab says it is
