Starting sometime this weekend!

Haven't decided on the specifics yet, just wanted to let you know one was coming!

If you're not familiar with the game, but would like to play - holla!

Who's in?

Almost. In that game you choose 4 colored pegs and try to figure out their order.

Here, we choose currencies. There can be anywhere from 7 to 12 and a list of 50 to about 150 to choose from.

I haven't yet decided how many yet, but will let you know. You still in?

This is the 26th version of this game - if you do a search you can find the previous 25, including a tutorial (maybe #11?).

Sometimes there are twists and turns, but this time we will play a straight up game with no gotchas. We'll start sometime tomorrow after I've had coffee and I figure out how many.

Nicely played upstate!

OK, here's the scoop - pick 8 currencies of the list below. Based on the clues, you try to determine which 8 and in which order.

Weavus rule is always in effect in my games. The weavus rule simply states that if you have the opportunity to make a wisecrack, grab a punchline or just flat try to be funny - you must capitalize on it. Kinda like the humanitarian law.

We'll go with 3 guesses per day to be used at your leisure. You can use them all at once or scattered throughout the day. The day is defined as midnight on the the forum clock in the upper right hand of the page.

There is also a "final answer" rule in effect which simply means that if you have used your 3 guesses for the day, but you think you know the answer, you may declare your "final answer". Be careful though. If you use your "final answer" and are wrong - you are eliminated from the game and will become a spectator.

Oh, and one other thing - remember when I said "no gotchas"? Well, I lied. To everyone that responded that they "were in" (kinda like a roll call), will be awarded an extra free guess that they can use at any time. Gotcha!

It would be wise to sit on those free guesses until closer to the end of the game.

As for the prize, nothing specific - I'm going to scoop up an assortment of world coins and stuff a small flat rate box full of them. Have fun ID'ing them!

Any questions? Here's the list, go!

It would be wise to save them towards the end of the game - if nothing else as mental warfare to the other players.

I would suggest using these free guesses as soon as possible to help move the game along for those like me that neglected to respond.

Wassup doc!

0/0! Nice start!

As a refresher to everyone, I will give clues listed as: how many currencies you have right in total that are in the answer / over how many of those currencies are in the right place.
