IMO I don't believe them to be errors, especially when sheets of notes are available and you can cut them that way yourself. JMO

Yeah, even the seller said they are "novelty notes".. Still ripping people off by selling them at $20 each, in my opinion..

I dont' think he's ripping anybody off, he clearly states they are novelty notes and is only selling them as such. If any reasonable person would take the time to read the description, it becomes pretty clear he's not trying to sell them true errors.

There are people who would buy a note like this just to have fun with cashiers and such... don't think I haven't thought about it. The look on their face as I pull out a note like that would be priceless.

I did just realize that the first 2 digits are 98 and most sheets that are sold to the general public start with eith 97,98, or 99.

Especially since he has 4 available. Definitely a sheet cut. What a waste of a perfectly good sheet.

He's not trying to pass these notes off as errors..
If anyone reads the description, it states that they are "novelty" notes, not true errors..
Though I still think the price is ridiculous..

And whether or not you agree with it this person has sold 5 of them so far for that price.
