I found a 1995P quarter that sounded odd when dropped so I weighed it. It weighs 5.8g and it should weigh 5.67g. If I figured right that's .13g over weight. Is this anything special or do I spend it? Thanks much, John1
I believe that being .13g over is within tolerance for the weight of a quarter. That's only about 2% off what it should be. It could also be the scale that is off a little bit.
