I too have mentioned this previously. So far I've seen many different types of those 2x2 flips at coin stores and coin shows. None so far have nothing on them as to where they where made, what the cardboard is made from, if in fact Mylar (which is a brand name). And too they are different in many ways. For example many people have found that some are so thick they barely fit into those 20 pocket plastic pages made for them. Many are really white cardboard and some are rather on the much off white side.
At coin shows I usually buy them by the 100 and not in a box or bag so also, nothing of where they are made nor by whom. I place my filled ones in a Whitman Red Two Row box and find an amazing difference in the amount needed to fill one side compared to the other.
Sure would be horrible to find out they are being made in China and from materials harmfull to coins.
As to the fitting into those 20 pocket plastic pages, I've noticed those too have many different brand names noted on the left side so that may also be a reason for different fittings of the 2x2's.
