Just wondering if someone could tell me if the clad layer is missing on this coin. I got it from in a bag from the mint 2010_p America The Beautiful Hot springs. Front and back are the same and on the rim I dont see any clad

No, it is just lightly toned. A planchet missing a clad layer has a distinct copper color and it is quite unmistakable-
