that a lot of dimes have bit of and off strike? While looking through rolls I found many. Here are 2 with some pretty collars on the obverse. Do these add any type of premium? Can these even be considered and "error"?

Basically if the coin has a rim and is not missing any of the design elements then it would carry no premium.and would not be considered as an error.

I agree it has to be a considerable amount off to carry even a slight premium, off center coins are a very common thing and people just dont even care about them they happen so much
