I finally got a photobucket account started. No more issues with resolution.

I just find this coin so interesting and I want to share the details that only 2.7 megabyte photos show.

Enjoy.

2.7 MB photos aren't THAT high of res.

*takes of hipster hat*

That looks really cool. Is that the platting that has worn off? How was it done?

I found this cent while roll hunting. I have no idea how it came to be in the state it is. I suppose the experts may chime in. My first assumption was an acid treatment, however, the pitting that acid leaves behind is absent.

I've been scratching my head over this one for some time. I suspect it may have been struck this way. I'm keeping it in my "?" section of coins. The things I can't seem to easily explain.
