1940 V Wheat ?

hey I'm new to this whole thing so I hope I'm doing this right I have a 1940 Wheat penny I found in an old wheat roll and at the bottom middle theres a v and its bearly visable but there and I've taken it to 3 dealers and theyve never seen anything like it and also have told me its not a PMD so does anyone know anything about sumthing like this happenein and if so how much could it be worth id take a pic but my cam is way to blurry I mean the v almost looks like it was made inside the coin its real weird and could use all the info possible ty

Can you post a scan of it? That might help a little, a photo would be best but a scan could help.

Sounds like it COULD be a die clash, isn't that where part of the design gets partly struck on a different part of the coin?

ya thanks for moving me I have no clue on how this stuff works and thanks for the welcome I appreciate it and I wanna take a pic but its so hard to with my cam and you can barely see it on the coin but wen you do its as smmoth as the coin itself but ill try to get sumthing up soon and tyt for the info
