I have 2 sets of uncut banknotes. One is from NC Bank of Washington, a $3bill, a $4 bill, a $5 bill and a $10 bill (all one sheet), unusued with no writing on them
The other is from RI Bank of America unused not written on bank sheet, this has three $1 notes and a $2 note, uncut on one sheet
Times are getting rough right now-think its a good time to sell them? would they be worth anything. All are in great shape

I am not sure what bills you have, but there are no modern $3 or $4 bills made in America. I am guessing that you either have some sort of souvenir bill, but pictures or more details about these bills would be required to know for sure. I would guess that these are not real because real notes (as far as I know) come in sheets of a single denomination, not multiple denominations mixed together.

These are probably really old banknotes made before the time of US government paper money..

I'm pretty sure they are real, but pics would clear things up

U have a couple unissued sheets of Broken Bank Notes. I'm no expert on them, but those are not the commonest banks, and $3-4 notes are a bit more popular.

I would say retail of at least $100 on the 1-1-1-2 and $200 on the 3-4-5-10, but if those banks are scarcer, it could be considerably more, so do your research.

In researching these notes-it seems that the notes separately are worth more than the uncut sheet...can that be true? thats sad, I don't want to cut up my notes

Hi guys,
The Info below was sent to me by someone I respect as a very knowledgeable and all ways helpful to others currency collector / educator that does not post here.

I have no interest in this type of currency but thought it was interesting enough Info to ask permission to post there answer below.

The obsolete sheets that are the subject of a current topic:
They are the remnants of private banks that went belly up due to a wide array of reasons, but corruption and incompetence within the bank are among the more common causes...... these unused, unnumbered, unsigned sheets existed in great numbers upon bank failure, but most have been cut up in hopes that single notes would sell easier and be acceptable to TPGs for grading / authentication.

Both of these banks were prolific issuers and are among the more common obsolete banks available today, ( but generally in single note form )....... In sheet form ( in nice AU/CU condition ), the North Carolina sheet would sell for $600-$1000....... the Rhode Island sheet should bring $100-$200.

Hope this is helpful Info to ckspell and others interested in this type of currency.
Regards
The Bill Collector

Rest in Peace

You can make cut notes from sheets. Can you do the reverse?

You can sell four glasses of milk for more than a quart. The difference is called labor and time.

I'll just sell them as a sheet. I feel like cutting them up makes me feel like I bought these for profit when I reallyy just bought them for the fun of collecting. Well said iggfred...

Thank you SO MUCH The Bill Collector! I appreciate that information. I will try to get them graded. YAY I can pay the mortgage next month :))))
