The Bank I do business with will not get the ATB National Park Quarters. When they first were offered by the US Mint P&D rolls the going price was $32.95 plus S & H. This year they upped it to $39.95 plus S & H. That's it for me! It is only a clad coin. I am about to bust open all the sets I have and roll search. My questions are:
1. Should I not do this and hope to sell with the "holy" US. Mint wrap.
2. In roll searching has anyone found any mint errors or varieties that I should be looking for ?
I also have all the silver proofs which I know are worth more.

This, my friend, is probably the effects of inflation. So perhaps you should consider the "constant dollar" value of these sets before you crack them open.

If you spent the money for the mint wrapping I wouldn't open them.

If your looking for rolls of each you could find someone selling them in bank wrappers for much less. I got a roll of Gettysburg quarters for $13 (plus shipping).
