Not sure - but my guess is that this one is s-247, one of the mumps varieties of this large cent. That one has a similar looking squiggle through the 100 on the back.
I too would grade it EF-45 and it is certainly a good representative (condition census) for a Sheldon 247 (S.247) - rarity 3. The reverse looks fantastic, slight edge bruise. The obverse has some dings. This is a high 4 figure coin.
