Thats crazy I have never owned a proof before. I got this from the bank today.

Definitely an impaired proof. Although the proofs didn't have any special mark (such as an S mintmark) that year, the detail/sharpness of the strike and mirror finish is a dead giveaway. I'll say around PF-55, but there won't be much premium on this one since it is impaired. Nice find though.
