I was wondering what the grade would be on this coin.

It looks like its off center and its the die is also rotated. the pictures are pretty accurate on the rotation I dont know if that matters.

Not off-center, just a misaligned die (MAD).

The shoulder, lapel and hair show quit a bit of wear. The high points on the reverse are also worn (urn, flower pots, steps). Any wear stops the MS grade.

I think Thad was grading this EF with AU details but I'll take my beating if I'm wrong.
