I can't quite tell if there is any wear on the high points of this one but it looks a bit weakly struck. Still MS in my opinion, but there are some distracting scratches: MS-62

It doesn't appear to have any wear on the high points that I can see while in hand, any other opinions?

I would give it an "upper AU something" based on the photos. In hand, the coin may look even better.
Nice coin. Interesting coin. Seems there is more going on in this coin other than whether there is Post Mint wear or bag marks. Doubled Die perhaps?

I think this would qualify as MS, I have one and many seem to be weakly struck. I would call this MS-63 at best.
