EF-40...there is wear on the cheeks on the obverse, the reverse is better with nice kernels and wheat stalk lines....

i think what you are seeing is a weak strike, there is no break in luster.

I agree with the AU/MS slider. It will depend if there is any rub on the coin.

Definate AU/MS slider, would require an in-hand inspection to figure it out.
