This coin in my opinion is in rather sad shape, the nicks in the rim are a little upsetting but if those are die cracks below the queens jaw and in the neck then maybe we have something here.
Best I can do grade wise is EF-40..

I would say that this is definitely better than EF... probably very close to MS-60.

The coin has beautiful toning, a big plus to many collectors. Grade? Without a loop it's at least an AU-50. Very attractive piece!
