I agree with SuperDave. I think it is more likely the scan that is highlighting the splits. If this were a 1945, I would be more suspicious. I would grade it 63 or 64 FB depending on the luster.

Yeah..with a close up you can tell its a little blurry. Its hard to get really sharp pics imo. Well some people do on this site...but I can't seem to. Its a nice coin for sure!
