Miniperl New Member Canada 1 Posts	Posted 07/12/2011 6:12 pm Hi my father gave me a bunch of old coins, that I know nothing about... can you help me put a proper value to them? 1945,1947,1962,1964 Liberty american quarters, 1867-1967, Canadian quarter with a tiger on the back, 1918,1926,1930,George V quarter, 1937,1938 George VI 1955, 1962,1963,1965,1966,1975Queen elizabeth quarter ANd thats all thank you please help me out :) Moved to Canadian forum - Sap Report this Post to the Staff

I Don't think any of the listed years are anything worth much over melt. Currently a Canadian quarter from 1920 to 1967 contains $5.38 worth of silver. The 1918 quarter is slightly finer and has $6.20 worth. Depending on condition, your coins may well be worth more than that to a collector, but we won't know without seeing some pictures.
